When I was 18 I worked on an MK4 mod called MK4.5 Project Duffy where Patrick Duffy was the main villain. It featured such riveting characters as Gayrax, John the Janitor, Pink Ninja, Whoro, Toke, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Bob Saget, and myself actually.

And now that I'm starting to actually get into game development I'm really tempted to bring that project back in some form.

Christ it was so terrible looking back at it. I forgot to mention Sfinktor, a palate swap of Sub-Zero who throws poop at his opponents.

And holy **** it's available for download on the site still. We haven't paid for that hosting in almost 10 years I can't believe it's still on the interwebs. Man I regret reading this topic, now I have to mess with this crap.

I would normally say that realizing how easy it is to pick apart the story in OOT is the biggest Takeaway from that thread but then I realized that Ian Sane was actually having a conversation with us as opposed to just posting a monologue and being done with it.

Interesting. Admittedly, it might work better if you start from the first reply I make and then get to the current. If you read through the replies the other way, from current to first, I don't know how it would read out. I do seem to have picked up a new smite since then so someone else must agree with you that it wasn't funny. Still, at least I'm trying and experimenting with things. Plus, part of it wasn't to be funny. It was also a statement at how this voting has caused a lot of people to post the same thing over and over so it was like some kind of performance art. Plus, it got my post count to crack 5300 so mission accomplished all around.

I kinda applaud everyone. Unless they are obviously hacking their score then I smite them for grins and giggles. Though I will also try and bring balance to scores so they are even. Or exponential multiples of each other. Or I just hate the number they are on.

Nice deflection. You'll keep doing what your doing and remind everyone of the great power at your hands if they tick you off. But I can think of better ways to abuse the power. What happened to the promise of more funhouse name changes? I haven't had much Talkback 2 articles to think about writing Funhouse copies of. Maybe some new inspiration is what's needed.
