Pretty much. That whole thread was UB beating his chest, louder and louder, trying to get a reaction out of TJ. He hardly wanted the "past cases" as much as he wanted TJ to grovel at his feet.

Even though he didn't win the "argument" TJ came out looking more mature in this case.

I unlocked it this morning and posted in it, which got moved into the thread he was banned in. I had no idea Aaron was going to go all vigilante and bring down the hammer.

Aaron explained his logic in the thread. Essentially, TJ Spyke's argument was that you shouldn't be upset by the punishment changing for something that was already illegal, and he also made a slight, offhand political reference elsewhere in the thread. Aaron, in a perfect case of poetic justice, temporarily increased the punishment for that already-illegal comment to a ban from the forums.
