And what EA was doing was not bad or in anyway anti-consumer, you got free items for buying toothpaste (which everyone should use)

So? What does that have to do with anything? Buying real world products to get stuff in-games is not new. And unlike so many other examples of stuff that has no effect (like skin packs), this is good in that it actually makes a difference. You don't NEED the extra content, but it's a nice reward for those who go and buy something everyone uses already. If you are gonna buy toothpaste, why not get rewarded for it? I didn't hear you or anyone else complaining when Activision did a deal where you could only get exclusive Skylanders figures by buying Doritos products. I don't see you complaining about people being able to get Double XP multiplayer bonuses in Call of Duty and Halo from codes they get buy buying Mountain Dew, etc.

If you are trying to imply I attacked him, I didn't. He made a claim, I showed him why he was wrong (with examples). He keeps it up, I keep showing him he is wrong. We both agree to end the discussion, then he brings it up again in another thread. So I again nicely show him why he is wrong and he gets mad that I showed him why he is wrong.

Annnnd ooohboy coming into a discussion I am in and attacking me for no reason. Shocker. If something benefits the consumer too, then it's OK. The consumer gets healthy teeth (so they and everyone they interact with benefits) and they get free content in a game they play.

You made the mistake of thinking I hate EA because they are EA, wrong, I hate EA because they are a shitty company that needs to go away or change, same with Zynga, same thing with the jackasses that made Dungeon Defender, Trendy entertainment.

In the third party thread, now the "how not to post thread", I provided time and again infallible evidence of EA's shittery and destruction of what was once a beloved franchise. First you brush it off as "Not credible or reliable, nor respectable". Start goal post moving. Next it's "Makes money so there". Then moves on to "Everyone is doing it". After that irrefutable evidence come in, you disappear into your smite hole.

Again, I ask what is your definition of what is "Respectable". Is NWR "Respectable"? IGN? Gamespot? CNN? FOX? BBC? Homeless dude down on 5th? Your Mom?.
