For what it's worth (I know, very little), most of my misgivings revolve around how he decides to create 10+ topics in a day, not because of his account age.  I would have very little room to complain just because he's a newbie :-p.

I know, that's still a petty reason to make digs at him/her, but I usually mean them as playful jabs, not mean spirited insults.
