Nintendo Gaming / RE: Mega Man Collection
« on: April 15, 2004, 09:35:22 AM »
I am not sure if you are aware of it but the GBA game and the Cube game are different collections. The GBA collection has the 5 original Game Boy games and the Cube collection has the console Megaman 1-8 and two games that appeared in the Arcade.

If you want more games I would go for the GC collection first unless you really liked the old Game Boy games.

One thing to note is the date has changed several times so it could easily happen again.

Actually there are two possible games that can fall under that name. There was Final Fantasy Mystic Quest which was released as a beginner RPG for the Super Nintendo. I also remember hearing that Fianl Fantasy adventure was released as Mystic Quest in Europe. In short, it depends on what game you are talking about.

I think they need to do more research. How difficult could it possibly be to find out who really created that game? If they can't get something as simple as that right I think they are going to make a lot more mistakes.

EDIT: Just for fun I decided to see how long it would take to find the information. It took about 5 seconds on Google just using the term pokemon's creator and clicking on the first result.

No, I believe he means the blood in the game is red(aka the Gold cartridge Version 1.0)

Actually, some of the early grey cartridges had red blood in it as well. I own one and did see red blood.

But if I leave my GameCube plugged in for long periods of time, say months, would it damage my gameCube? Assiming there were no surges.

I have had systmes pluged in for long peroids of time (unless there is a power outage) and have never had any problems due to that. I think you are safe.

I wonder if the games will have an upgrade. The originals were made for the black and white system.

I doubt this thing will last too long. It may be better than the N Gage but I don't think that it will be any threat to the GBA.

EDIT: I admit it look good though

If that nee "machine" they mentioned is what I think it was that that is the new product that was stated not to be a console of handheld. I don't think they are right.

« on: November 23, 2003, 12:20:12 PM »
Just one thing to add, Sword of Mana is a remake of a game that was released in the U.S under the name Final Fantasy Adventure for the original Gameboy. I am not sure if you are aware. If you have played Final Fantasy Adventure I would suggest that you get Mario and Luigi.
