This game sould have been GC exclusive and would be perfect on the DS.

When I heard about this game I thought DS.  I mean you kill enemys by drawing caligraphy, if that doesn't sound like DS I don't know what does.

and Viewtiful Joe was a success in the GC (for being the game that it was) and a disaster in the ps2, so it makes total sense to make a game like Okami a ps2 exclusive [/sarcasm]

seriously, Im starting to really hate capcom.

The one Mikami joined/formed after threatening to cut his head off if RE4 was ported to the PS2?

Actually Clover been around for awhile--it was an independant company started by capcom and he was a director there but he continued to work at Production studios until RE4 was finished.

And two, Okami was shown last year so it's actually the other way around in terms of someone stealing anohter's idea :0.

Well both games have been in planning long before they were shown, so we have really no idea who copied who, if anyone did at all...

I think Okami should come to Cube.  The Cube is better at cel shading anyways.

Well, yes, but Capcom disagrees, they believe GC users won't buy third party titles anyway so they're going with the PS2. Their per-game sales numbers on the PS2 are lower because they released a whole load of crap for the system.
