This pic is a shot of my desk, with an overall shot of how I live.
You can see a few boxes of sleeping pills on the top shelf, along with several unopened Pepsi bottles with Star Wars Episode I pictures on them. (Yeah, I'm weird.) There's also a lot of empty pop bottles and junk from richer times... Also of note is a framed midterm that marked the first time I actually did well in a class since high school 3 years ago. It's a testament to my true geek powers.On the desk is the remains of many snack items, more empty pop bottles, and some of my hardware. You can see 2 of my 4 speakers, along with my GameCube, antique VCR, N64, and GBA. You can also see my incredibly flickering TV, and my nice, yet small and old Monitor.

Here's a good shot of the innards of my computer. You can see a piece of my massive heatsink/CPU fan combo behind my rounded IDE cable... and my very dusty expansion cards. (Yeah, I am lazy). The top card is a GeForce3 Ti200, the second one is my NIC, and the bottom is a Soundblaster Live!. The cable modem can be seen closer to the camera, and my jungle of wires in the background. It's been said that dangerous creatures live in that jungle, but they haven't killed me yet. I figure that if I leave them alone, they leave me alone.

Here's a shot of my games and DVDs, and a piece of my VHS collection. Eternal Darkness, Rogue Leader, and the new demo disc are all absent however, as the demo disc hadn't been released at the time of this picture being taken, and Eternal Darkness and Rogue Leader are being held hostage by my sister. I might have to buy new copies at some point. The Grinch is there simply because I am a Dr. Seuss fan, and I got it for a good price. I don't think I have ever actually watched the DVD. lol

Here's a shot of my wall, along with ME! (and some more of my garbage) The Budweiser poster has been through hell, but it looks cooler if the camera flash isn't bounced off of it in a strange way. The Kiss poster directly behind me of course has a lot of fans, and is in much better condition.
(It's my favorite poster of course. One of the few benefits of not living at home any more.) To the right is my poster of Star Wars Episode II, which is embedded into like this cutting board material. It's pretty cool actually, but it's huge, and I can't roll it up when moving. I never know what to do with it either, so it always gets shoved into a corner. My other Star Wars stuff is strangely missing from these pictures, but suffice to say that I have a LOT of Star Wars merchandise.Anyways, that's my room, and that's my game setup.

I have my 20" flatscreen TV on top of the whole thing, with my satellite reciever and PS2 (in it's verticle position) to the leftover space to the right of it. On the halfshelf in the middle I have my Gamecube and Dreamcast and behind them my power strip to which everything is plugged into. I have some bins in the open space on the right side of the shelf unit which I store all my console accessories (controllers, memory cards, extension cables, etc). There's roughly 5 inches of space on top of the bins which is where I have my A/V switchbox so I don't have to constantly unplug and replug cables when I want to play different systems. Under the halfshelf in the middle are a bunch of books and game guides I have. I may post pictures eventually, but you guys will have to use your imagination for now.

But I really should take a picture of the two Duracell Bunnys I have (which you can't get in the shops) which are 32cm tall. I have the 1998 World Cup (with adidas soccer boots) bunny and drum bunny (and they walk!). I also have two framed Star Wars posters, a framed poster of former Green Bay Packer's Reggie White. On my shelves, I have three Star Wars plastic model kits (X-Wing, Darth Vadar's TIE Fighter and the Millennium Falcon), Star Wars figures, plus Transformers toys. And my GBA. At the moment, I'm collecting Zoids plastic model kits, but sadly, I have no room to fit them in (they look so cool).

My room (different one, in old house) used to be full of posters like the Alex dude. But I chucked more of them out. It made me look too nerdy. I had those massive movie sized N64 posters of Rogue Squadron and Banjo Kazooie. Remember them? The closest I have to that now is a very small OoT one, it's under the Metroid Prime poster and next to the Wind Waker poster in my room.

And then i found some old Nintendo powers and got metroid and megaman posters out of them...i didnt post the metroid poster probably because the ajacent wall isn't quite nearly as full of Nintendo stuff. Rather random stuff. It looks like an islan in a see of other stuff. Im going to take soem more pictures. I have Robbie William's "Sing When You're Winning" but the song Somthing Stupid isn't on it, must be some geography thing going on. As for Nicole singing I have both soundtracks to Moulin Rouge, she has a very nice singing voice. She and Ewan McGregor are good together.

'Sing When you're winning' is the album he made before this one.
This album was a homage to all Swing music greats, like SInatra. Plus, Williams loves Swing, which is why he made the album.

Underneath my Sopranos poster is my guitar.
Wall3 Is my big Led Zeppelin poster. Below that is my 20" TV with PS2, Dvd player (not ps2 dvd player)sterio, and NES (other consoles put away). Then theres my bed surrounded by 2 windows.
Wall 4 has my dresser to the left, then my big comfy blue couch directly across from the TV.
If I can find my digital camera I'll take some pictures...I have no idea where it went.

You saw me, now heres my game setup. The tv is a 55 in. Zenith. I finally bought a dvd player so I dont have to wear out my PS2 watchin movies anymore. Thats Mario Kart in the N64. Just started Starfox on the GC tonight, now if I can just stay away from this computer and these forums long enough to get some gametime in.

Really though you are super serious in that one picture, all James Bond and 007 persona. The pic was also kind of dark, shadowy really. If you look at mine I don't look my age. I am 24 and still people don't know how old I am. They ask me if I am helping out my mom at work (we work together) and I tell them I'm 24 and graduated high school in '96 and they get real embarassed because they think I am like 15 or 16, especially if I am clean-shaved.I was at wal*mart back in 2001 when I was buying my first computer (with my own money too) and because I was paying with a check, the woman needed to see my driver's license. She was like, "he's 21, he's 21, oh my god" then she was all embarassed. I go to the doctor or dentist and they ask where my parents are then I tell them It's my insurance and all that crap. I did a gun barrel sequence of my own last year. But it wasn't in flash, it was in some easier to use rip-off of flash (forgot what it ws called). It actually looked good too.

Y'know what I play my GC on? A little old, not flat screen, 17" TV which decided to brake. Now, my remote won't work on it (the remote's fine, it's the TV) so I have to GET UP to turn it on and off, and change the channel. And y'know what??? Since the remote doesn't work, my TV is permenantly stuck with closed captions on!!!

And you guys have, like, 257consoles hooked up. I have GC and PS hooked up to my TV, and a little 2 speaker and sub-woofer sound system, and all the wires confuse me. There's no room for my n64, and if those wires were there too, my brain would turn to mush. MUSH.

The walls are painted a light gray, and everything else is either black or gray, but non of it is depressing, lol. I have my bed in the corner next to my dresser. I have a metal black shelf, and then I have several shelves and whatnot on my walls. Then finally, I have my gaming system set up catty-corner (I think thats how you spell "catty"). Ontop of my gray table is a 20" flatscreen with enough inputs to plug in my GCN, XBOX, PS2, N64, and Dreamcast. Under the TV, beneath the table is my collection of 30 or so strategy guides (yeah, I know, guides are for pansies, but I do it more for the collection). Next to this is my drawer of N64 games which holds 24 in one, and 11 in the other, for a total of 35 64 games. Next to this is my collection of Nintendo Power magazines since 1998. Then a rack ontop of that that holds my 11 controllers. Next to that is another shelf which houses my systems, 32 GCN games, 8 XBOX games, 10 PS2 games, 7 Dreamcast games, and a few GameBoy games. It also holds the charging cradle for my Palm Tungsten T3. Throughout my room I have a collection of video game, matrix, and nightmare before christmas action figures, toys, and collectibles. My room also can got cosmic with my glitter lamp, lava lamp, optic lights, black lights, string lights, electricity thingies (thechnical term) and whatnot. Pretty nice collection if I do say so myself. Nothing amazing, but cool notheless. Still missing a PC, but I plan on getting a FragBox by November for the Matrix Online.

Also, you call that a mess?! I posted pics a while ago of my room, yours is ONE HUNDRED [iTHOUSAND times cleaner. At the present moment, you can only see the floor of my room around the door, where I sit for gaming, and few spots in between the clothes and the garbage and the boxes of who knows what. But still, I take pride in my room in all it's dump-like glory. I have yet to see another room that matches it.

Another thing is that I guess I really don't want them all plugged since then it becomes a pain to move things and dust them [again, it's very dusty in my neck of the woods], so I just kinda have them there for show.

As a Christmas present to myself, I bought a new TV (42" Magnavox LCD)...Here is an updated photo of my living room set-up...
Gone are the orange milk crates. I am now using a few of the black crates which used to by my old TV stand. I went to IKEA and bought the table the TV, Wii, DVD player, DirecTV receiver and XBox are now situated on.

Those Virtua Fighter figures were an incredible deal. first they all look great. One day my car broke down and i wound up in a dollar store waiting for my radiator to cool. There i saw this hujigantic box filled with Virtua Fighter toys. I bought every different figure. One of those i can't control my impulses moments. They probably have an amazing story, all the toys were made in 1994. How they end up in a dollar store 14 years later is a mystery.Their not very posable, but they are already in awesome poses, plus they look perfect!

she's also from Yuma, she's one of my friends little sister. We've never met. Her older brother one day was like "i'll hook you up with my sister, she likes Zelda, she's not fat". I was like OK. He never went through with it. I didn't hear from him for a while on the subject, and then I was looking at a different friends roommate's birthday party facebook page and sure enough his sister is tagged there. I look at her page and i'm like holy ****! The most perfect person ever! I added her but am really busy with school. I send her a couple of facebook messages. a couple months pass. Long enough to forget who I am, i get unadded. So I instant message her and she tells me that she doesn't remember me. Then I mention that i know her brother...i think i should have just pretended not to know him.
on top of that I was going to go to the renaissance fair with one of my good friends, he backed out and I totally missed it. I looked at her page to see what she had been up to, and see that she went the weekend I was going to go but didn't. Why god why!
its kinda funny with Alex too, because when we met we found out we had the exactly same hobbies, we never knew each other for the several years we had been living in Yuma. Turns out we lived right down the street from each other.

for case one the best example was when i said that Nintendo might make 2 different version of Twilight Princess on Wii and Gamecube. In a fashion similar to how Sega released 2 different version of sonic 3d blast on 32x and Saturn. Everyone blasted me and said I was wrong and that Nintendo has never and would never do that. Well when they did I just resurrected the thread and laughed. INSANELY!
and Kashogi, your right. However, he offered it to me first, and thats how i found out he even had a sister. Those are modern rules though. Back in the day that was one of the key ways of finding your wife. It was either going to be your cousin, a friends sister, or some guys daughter that your dad owed a favor to. Unless you were a sailor, then of course you have ten wifes and ten girlfriends all at different ports. I have dated a friends sister and it was kinda awkward hanging out with the friend. Its a weird situation given modern rules. Either brothers mentioned could whip my ass easily. Then again I wouldn't mind having another friend with the same interests.

I'm from Sudan, and my mother has been trying to hook me up with my cousins ever since I was 16. As hot as some of them are and some of them are down right gorgeous, I can't help but feel there's something wrong with it. Plus, I find it to be the easy way out. I think all you really need to do in order to find some chick who's your type is to LOOK. Talk to anyone, everyone, just for the hell of it; even if your aren't attracted to them.

This is my Wii setup. My PS3 and 360 are hooked up to the projector in the other room but for the Wii this is sufficient for me!
So I have a DVD player, then the Wii, then a HDD. Then my Linux machine for posting then my iPhone and DSi on the nightstand. Also usally I have my noise-canceling headphones hooked up to the TV.

Not likely because for one- I sold Halo 3(overrated game I never played), two- my friends lists are full on my PS3 and 360(damn 100 friend limits!), three- I don't know but you would melt in its awesomeness(yeah, thats right!).....

The Japanese Wii game is Captain Rainbow (it's awesome and bizarre). God only knows why Galaxies has such a hideous spine but the game still rocks so it's all good.
Also, it's funny that you mention the picture frame idea BnM. Chessa and I planned to do just that, but couldn't find generic frames that fit any of the posters. Our only option were custom frames, which given the number of posters, was getting a bit pricey. I think it's still an idea we are going to keep in mind and if we ever see some that will work, we'll definitely be making the switch.
