I don't know but for some reason, I'm partial to the Nintendo Nemesis. I know it won't be the name but with a name like that, an aggressive ad campaign, same Nintendo games, and the type of third party deals they are pulling now on GC but for Nemesis launch titles......sorry starting ranting. Anyway, I think marketed correctly it could pull the hardcore gamers and the idiots the by things soley for the "cool" factor. They could also go with the Nintendo Requiem : ) Just joking guys.

I thought it was some sort of demonic place or being.

Oh wait, Nexus is the name of the bad guy from the early 90s animated film 'Fern Gully'.

I think that the Nintendo Nexus is a great sounding name. One meaning of Nexus is 'the center of attention or focus' which is what Nintendo is in my eyes in the gaming industry.

Other names I like are
Nintendo Mojo (you can guess why)
Nintendo Next
Nintendo Nextgen (haha)
Nintendo Nightmare
Nintendo Nitro
Nintendo Noble (for Nintendo's philosophy of having moral games)
Nintendo Nocturnal (because we will all become nocturnal playing games when it comes out)
Nintendo Nanocube (it will be smaller than the GCN is right?)

I don't really like this name I though of but think of what it means:
Nintendo Nickelodeon
A nickelodeon was an early form of a jukebox. Nintendo could change that term into a meaning of 'entertainment box'.
