Termin8Anakin, has that guy even seen wind waker in motion, it's brilliant! I dont understand how anyone couldn't love wind wakers graphics, they are truly breathtaking! I bet if you strapped him into a chair and forced him to play the game, he would love it. Stupid arrogant, ignorant, stubborn people these days...

Good luck unlocking all the games, it takes a looooooong time. (You have to enter and exit every game 50 times!!!!)
But one of the rewards is that awesome scary game you saw, with the birds, and the single screen, and the scary title screen music, OH YEAH!!!

Hey, there's also three versions of Sonic 1 in there! Only just found that out yesterday, there's the original, with the moving clouds in the background, then there's the PAL version, with no moving clouds, screwed up level order and slow gameplay, THEN there's an updated Japanese version that features minor bug fixes and slightly better sounds!
Too lazy to go get the cheat, you can find it on gamewinners.com =P

All i have are the Sonic CD movies (awesome stuff), Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, Sonic Advance 2 and The history of Sonic, is that all there is?

I saw the new Nintendo Gamer in the newsagent yesterday, but i didnt buy it, i just stood there reading it for half an hour. Why of course my friend has seen Wind Waker in action. You'd think that going past all those Gamecube demo pods he would have seen something.

I don't know why he doesn't like the graphics in Wind Waker. It's just the graphics he doesn't like. I'm sure that if Wind Waker just had the same graphics as Ocarina of Time, he'd play it, but for some reason, not Wind Waker.

Wind Waker's graphics = 3D version of Link to the Past's graphics. I wonder if these cel-shaded haters also hated Link to the Past? Or any 16-Bit game for that matter? OMG BRIGHT COLOURS I'M TOO COOL FOR BRIGHT COLOURS AND OUTSTANDING GAMEPLAY!

It's an unused intro song for Metroid Prime. Not just a remix, this was actually going to be used, but the song was replaced by something Retro thought would be more fitting.
Nice piano at the end.

PIAC: No, it's not. Mario just had a plain orange jumper. It wasn't a jersery. That's Mario in the "This is the geek retinal scan center" pic. His back only. His pic's in the main report - he's got Metroid in his hand. I think Mario would know if it's him.

You know, I just found a Sonic comic in my cupboard under the stacks of study notes I have. I've had it for AGES, I forgot how I got it. I think it was form those Book Club things from primary school. The comics were cool though. The one I have is called 'Spin Attack'. I think Sonic's ego is too big for his own good. But it was a good comic.

EDIT: I've only got one more level in Super Monkey Ball 2 before I finish the game! It's called 'Revolutions', and I just can't beat it! I think the most satisfying level I've done ever was in world 10, and it was called '3D Maze'. You have to literally sit there and figure out where to go. Revolutions is like 3D Maze, but it's like really fast spinning and stuff.
I've got all the mini-games now, and it's unlocked this gift mode in options. You can boost the amount of lives you have in Challenge Mode for the cost of 500 points, and you can unlock the movies from the story mode for 1000 points a pop, and the end credits are unlocked also for 100 points.

I have finished Super Monkey Ball 2! That Revolutions stage only took me two goes! Meh, not so hard after all! Some of the stages in the game depend on luck to get to the goal anyway, so meh! I did it!

And Mario, I think you're closer to getting yourself a copy of Super Monkey Ball 2!

Heh, unexpected day today. Ended up going over a mates place, and I decided to bring my GameCube, he had a few of his friends from TAFE round (who I didn't know, but yeah, now do..)

We had an absolute BLAST playing 4-Player Smash Bros and such. None of them are really 'true' gamers, but one of em' was so impressed by SSB:M he's going to get himself one, I recommended the Metroid Pak, and that Smash Bros. was now only $50, he was pretty keen on that price =P

And I got to leech off the cable internet while I was there. Damn, dial up is so depressing now...
Downloaded the FFX-2 OST, Star Ocean 3 OST, Final Fantasy Unlimited OST, a few episodes of Initial D, Real Bout Highschool and got some porn.

All in about an hour and a bit...
*Cries*

Oh yeah, and I was stuck with my stink pants faulty 3rd party GC controller the whole time. Boo-urns.
That's my good deed for the year, letting others use the good controllers....

Oh, man, one week to go. Sad, but true. I'm gonna play OoT first since I've never played it. And blast, Skies of Arcadia Legends comes out on the same day. I'll get this game after my exams, and will need to be alone with it for a week, singing "I love SEGA!". Then I'll play TWW after that. I need a Zelda break after OoT (I finished A Link to the Past 2 weeks ago), before I play TWW. What a long wait it will be.

And FHM has a comp where you win an XBox with DOAXBV, with 10 other XBox games, a DOAXBV calender, and other stuff! I'm gonna enter it, trade in the XBox and games, and that's 400-500 bucks in me pocket for Nintendo stuff!

And blast. Tonight was a waste. My friend who organised the 8-10 of us to see X-Men didn't get the tickets and were sold out. Then we spent over 30 minutes arguing whether to see the 11pm screening, so which some of us went to the JB HI-FI store and some strange guy came up to us, giving out promo for about some dude speaking at a Church (which I said was the highlight of the night!). And by the time we lined up, it was sold out. So we got tickets for Saturday night.

Well, that's the problem with seeing it on a Friday night (and the weekend for that matter). I saw it on Wednesday, during the day. A school day. There was no line. We were the first to but the tickets (only 5 minutes before the movie started). When we got in, and just as the movie started, THEN did the cinema get packed.
I'll do the same with The Matrix Reloaded. See it on Friday, during the day. It will be probably be packed from all the kids skipping school, but it's still better than having hoards of them with all their girl/boyfriends and their friends.

It's so weird hearing all these stories of sold out tickets cause I've seen movies on their first day of release over the years, and not once were the tickets sold out. There were large crowds, but no ticket was sold out. You guys had any problems like this at Burwood, Bankstown or the City, cause I sure haven't.

Heh, you wanna see any movie at any time without any fools around? Come to Blacktown cinemas. It's a crap hole. The screens are small-ish, compared to the likes of Parra, the City and Penrith, and for that reason, nobody goes to the cinemas here. So there's NEVER anybody around.

I saw LOTR on launch day here with a bunch of mates, and there was only three other people in the cinema =D

OH YEAH! I got talking to one of the guys at EB, and he hinted strongly that they'll be selling Zelda either Wednesday or Thursday, Australia wide.
A typical EB move, selling the games before the street date. It's a good thing and a bad thing....
I actually hope they stick with the actual launch date. I've already made it quite clear to friends and family that they can f*ck off and leave me alone on Friday...

Thats gotta be a misprint or has a 2 in front of the 99. I mean i dished out $99 on metroid yesterday (yes I know, I only just got it)

Actually it's lookign good for Zelda. I preordered it yesterday when i bought Metroid, not only did the store have a demo unit with people on it, playing zelda (including kids that needed to be wrestled away) but they already had about 20 other people before me preorder it. And all this is in a region where Nitnedo has no advertising whatsoever outside of instore demos. I was quite pleased.

And the avatars are cool. Can you belive mine is 16kb! i have some other, more colourful ones that are only 4kb, but gifs arn't compressed enough. i tried making all 4 of my avatars animate but i couldn't compress it enough without it looking like poo.

As for porn, well. I can honestly say that i have none stored on my computer.
Disect that statment as you wish.
