Im really looking forward to E3, but I get the feeling there wont be any really big surprises this year. How is Prime 4 not a big surprise?
Great review for a great game.
First off - I love you all. The comments made me laugh so far. I really stressed over this review because as much as I wanted to just salivate all over this totally rad game, I kept noticing little things that bugged me throughout the 50+ hours I've played so far. Breath of the Wild is incredible, but it's not flawless. Really though, for how big and complex it all is, it's amazing it works as well as it does.Just a few questions: How does saving work? Can you save the game whenever you want? Also, how long are the dungeons?
Auto-saves pretty regularly. You can save *almost* anywhere you want. Like, you can't save mid-boss battle and stuff like that.
Depends on how stuck you get in the dungeons. I had one I blazed through in under a half hour. Another had me flummoxed and it took me an hour or so. They're very straightforward and no nonsense, which I could see appealing to some people. Didn't really appeal to me as much as I'd like.
I guess the best way to double sales is to split the game in two. Like those bogus sales figures Nintendo gave about the combined Smash Bros. Wii U/3DS stuff.5 times the sales is more than double...
Glad to see another Nintendo franchise selling well. Now all they have to do is make Metroid a dating sim with no difficulty...
I'm not surprised. Considering how many friends I have, I'm passing on this one.
I don't have any friends and I had a blast playing the online demoDo you have to play online with friends, or can they just be randos?
You could play with randos if you hate yourself.
I'm eager to play this game after the demo (which I loved, even though it was easy), but part of me wants to wait and see if they'll issue a patch to speed up or let you skip the enemy turns, at least on New 3DS -- if it is indeed a processing limitation.I thought I heard you hold down select to speed up the enemy turns
