I think I see influences of Mega Man Legends and Okami in there. Good stuff

You put so much faith in those letters! I wonder how well Sony, Sega, or Microsoft have responded to their outspoken fans in the past compared to the way NoA is treating us today

I don't see how this will be more accessible to the casual market if the entire overworld is a giant puzzle. From my experience, people tend to give up on Zelda when they get stuck in a dungeon puzzle, and if even the overworld is now this way as Miyamoto has mentioned (say goodbye to taking a break from dungeons to just explore the overworld?), won't that be a barrier of entry? Unless they implement some kind of super guide or hint system like in Ocarina of Time 3D.

While I haven't read them myself, this sounds similar to Harry Potter? Throw in the fact that your playing a flying game to chase after a gold object like in HP and obviously there's the fantasy element. If they market it more like that, maybe Nintendo can pull some of that huge fanbase

I don't know what more Nintendo fans could've done. This tells me that Nintendo of America could care less what the fans are clamoring for. Like it's been suggested above, NoA should at least release a limited edition of Xenoblades since Europe already localized it. Does Nintendo really care about its hardcore audience? I think people should definitely buy as much Nintendo merchandise used for a while...

Wow. Why? Why make this game?

Super Mario 3DS looks pretty good, maybe a little cramped compared to the open space of Galaxy and the levels look a little brief, but I guess that's to accommodate gaming on-the-go.

Gliding in Mario Kart 3DS looks like great fun. The same kind of feeling you get in Kirby Air Ride when you're airborn

Okay, Picture Lives scares me

Wow. Sonic Generations looks fantastic...better than Donkey Kong Country Returns, not that DKCR wasn't good. Love what they've done with the music in Sonic Generations Act 1 of Green Hill Zone. So catchy

I wonder if the multiplayer will be downloadable, as in you won't have to own the game to download the multiplayer from your friend to your own 3DS and battle with him

I'd rather watch paint dry. I think this is a very uninspired application of the possibilities of tablet gameplay

"If you can take the game from the TV and move it to your handheld controller, what separates the controller from your Nintendo handheld systems?"

GameTrailers.com already interviewed Reggie and he said that you cannot use the Wii U controller outside of the room with the main console, so this new tablet controller definitely won't be replacing Nintendo's DS market

This news makes sense. I heard that Capcom isn't going to even follow through with this game if the demo isn't well received. They should make the demo good (the game looks like my kind of game)

@blacknmild
But as far as I've heard, cafe won't release until like 2nd quarter 2012, compared to the release date for Sonic Generations this winter. Still possible?

If it was all laid out for us where would the thrill of piecing it together on our own be? Theorizing and speculation? Another thing that has actually been hinted at is that Miyamoto doesn't want to limit himself by setting anything in concrete. He wants to leave options open for future titles to fit in a given place on the timeline

MARIO VS. MEGAMAN!!!!    ;D Please let it happen!
Ever heard of Super Smash Flash 2? It's currently in development and its roster includes Mario, Mega Man, Cloud, Lloyd, Ichigo, Goku, Naruto, and other third party characters, as well as most of those from the Smash Bros. games. Check it out: http://mcleodgaming.com/games.php and http://www.youtube.com/user/McLeodGamingOfficial

I would have said no chances of that happening, but that was before we found out that Samus will be in Dead or Alive Dimensions.

Er... Or, you know, Link in Soul Calibur 2?

I wouldn't mind seeing a few Capcom characters in Smash Bros. Megaman and Ladd Spencer would both be great for nostalgia. That said, I have a hard time visualizing just how Capcom would integrate Nintendo characters into a more traditional VS type game.
Mugen. For example, a fairly promising project: http://www.pixelprospector.com/indev/2009/07/card-sagas-wars/
