My point isn't that I want to buy these compliations.  My point is people try to justify emulation as a good and fair thing even though its illegal.

Well companies still own the right to these games, and we have seen how they are willing to re-release these games now and provide them for new generation of gamers, and for the older fans of these games.  

There is no excuse to practice in illegal emulation for any reason...
and those that do are actually hurting the industry not helping it.

I didn’t really start this to create an emulator I was hoping that the topic of justification would not come about. But I admit I have used certain emulators such as a Super Nintendo Entertainment System, but I only used it because of the lack of supply of them at my local gaming stores. In my opinion if you are able and capable to buy a product you shouldn’t download the games or emulators but if you own the games in real life you should be able to use emulators.(seeing as that I am too young to order things off the internet)

Hey emulation is fine for SNES games...
where the heck else are you going to track down games like Super Metroid where you can't find the game at any used game shop and if you do it'll be like 80 dollars, and probably screwed up or something.
