I'm starting to grow numb w/ all these buy 2G1 deals.  Enough already!  Where's the buy 1 get 2!!?  Much respect to the store that pulls that one off.

I decided on how to work this deal in my favor.

I went to amazon.com and bought MPTilogy & DSE (~$92 w/ free shipping + no tax)
I get the $40 credit, which I will apply to NSMB Wii ($46.99 w/ $10 credit back) costing me $7
Apply the $10 credit (from NSMB Wii) to FFCC:CB ($44.99) which will now cost me $35
totaling out at ~$135 for 4 games.

I also just bought WiiFit Plus($19.99) from TRU using my $15 credit from buying Scribblenauts, so it only cost me $7 after tax.

So I'm about to get 5 games for $142 after tax and shipping which is a pretty good deal. ($65 in credits used)

I got the major scoop on an error in the system for a major retailer.

has to do with B2G1 Free.

Stay tuned or PM me for more details, but I have to make sure that I can take advantage of this before it gets fixed.

If this turns out to be true, I will be canceling my amazon.com orders, because this scoop is that good!! So much money saved.

Best Buy's Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal is better than you think

it's buy ANY 2 games (under $59.99) and get any game (under $59.99) Free
Rock Revolution @ Best Buy is on a company wide clearance for $5
so you could go and get 2 copied of Rock Revolution for $10 and get DeadSpace Extraction for Free

actually if you find Rock Revolution @ BB, grab all the copies you can find, because every 2 get you a free game.
Hurry because stock is limited, but any other cheap game (for PS360 and Wii) will do.

Did you actually try this, because generally it's the least expensive game that's free.  Even if it works with any game I'd be worried about an employee who wouldn't ring up the most expensive game as the free one.

My sister works at Best Buy, she told me too late last night to take advantage of it.
I saved it till I got back from Best Buy because if it was just an error, I wanted to take advantage before it was spread across the internet and then the error was fixed.

ALL of the Best Buy employees at 2 stores were taking advantage of this last night and cleared out all the Rock Revolution clearance games from the shelves to do so.
So I didn't take advantage of the deal. The cheapest games that were left at BB were $15 each, but with the deal I have in place at Amazon.com, I would have only saved ~$5(before taxes) after it was all said and done, so it wasn't worth the hassle of canceling my online order.

$15x4 (+ 2 free $50 games) = $60 w/ tax (~10%) = $66
add in NSMB Wii ($45 amazon) = $111 for 3 games I want and 4 games i will never play
vs
~$100 for the same 3 games I want on amazon.com

So this would be a really good deal if there are a bunch of $20-$30  games you want and full price games too.

Look who's next on the B2G1 Free sale streak (appears to be Wii only for now)
I wonder if Amazon.com will match (that would make 3 B2G1 sales 3 weeks in a row)

Buy 2 Get 3rd FREE on all Wii titles ($49.99 or less) at Target B&M starting Nov.1st thru Nov.7th
- Free offer includes all $49.99 or less Wii game titles
- Each purchased Wii game must be equal or greater than the price of the free Wii game

edit: when does NSMB Wii come out?

Here is a link to a $10 Off coupon for Target. You can use it with the B2G1 Free deal.

That is an amazing deal.  I just bought one.  I still haven't touched the $5 copy of Tenchu that I got a couple weeks ago.

I need to stop buying games just because they're cheap because I don't have time to play them all.

I was actually thinking of getting Game Party for $10. There has to be a reason why it sold 2 million copies and spawned two sequels, truly bad games don't do that. I'd also get A Boy And His Blob for $30.

This would be what I'd do, at least, if I weren't afraid to leave my apartment on Black Friday.
