Does StreetPass have a limit to the number of titles it can support?

Japanese website Inside Games recently posted details regarding the StreetPass functionality of the Nintendo 3DS, more specifically the number of titles it supports.

StreetPass can apparently save connection data for up to 12 different titles at a time, allowing a game to "sense" when other 3DSes with the same connection data are in the vicinity. For example, a game like Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition will let you know when other challengers are nearby.

We'll surely find out more during Nintendo's Preview Event, set to start at 9am Eastern today.
