Title: Mighty Mafia Power Rangers: Day 1 - In the Dumpster
Post by: UncleBob on May 11, 2010, 09:17:37 AM
There are currently no Monsters active. There are currently 3 active Rangers.
Day One, begins.
I'll skip the story line, since y'all discussed that most of you aren't interested in the stories anyway and this Mafia is already pretty complicated (too complicated?).

So tempted to vendetta vote someone out of spite.

I make a point of not having vendetas in these games. I try to focus on each game on its own.

Why is it that you try to focus on each game on its own?

It is because I think if you vote based on past games it can turn out bad on the first day. There is many times in games where the roles have switched sides or that person that gets voted out has a bomber role or something.
Of course I will keep an eye on how someone has played before and keep that in mind but I won't entirely focus my thoughts on that. There has to be something that has happened in the current game to base my votes off of.

Why have there been many times in games where the roles have switched sides?

It is because roles are picked randomly and the likelyhood of getting the same role is somewhat not likely.

You know odds, math that kind of thing.
Why are you keep asking questions taken from my answers?

Why are you curious as to why I keep asking questions taken from your answers?

I thought there were two teams of two--Lord Zedd & Rita Repulsa and Bulk & Skull.

Hmm looking over the rules and roles thread I found something. Zedd and Rita know the secret identity of the power rangers. As far as I know they can't transform the power rangers and control them. So the question I pose is would Zedd and Rita try to get a power ranger voted out? Would they take the risk of being singled out as one of the voters?

If Zordon can make new power rangers, we might as well just kill everyone. Odds are we'll get rid of the baddies first.

Why does Vudu keep voting for Pale and then canceling his vote? Pale did the same thing. Now both of them are voting Maxi.
Perhaps they are a group of bad guys or perhaps this is all first day shenanigans.
Hmm...

until I read the rules and figure out what in the world is going on.
You make it seem as if reading the rules will help one understand this game.

Since when did certain words bring up advertisments? I don't want to play your game!
Hmmmm. So why did play work on my above post but not this one. Why did Vudu's post with game have an advertisement link but then it disappeared and my game didn't get a link either. This spam is diabolical!
