I caught it, I also had a deal with her.
We decided we'd trade our roles with each other, with me not realizing Zedd and Rita knew the Power Rangers, for some reason. I made the deal I wouldn't go after her if I knew her role, but she'd have to supply me with whatever investigation info, and give up her accomplice, basically, in addition to the deal role swap. Additionally, I let her know who Zordon was, as part of the deal.
Since she knew my role, and I knew she and stevey weren't communicating, I went after the mafia first and foremost, and the result was what happened on the day when three people were voted out.
The next day, the hope was to land on the right target for the sake of just finishing the game, but we missed with Plugabugz, since we had no way of knowing who was who, and we thought it could've been Plugabugz. That's why Mop it up guessed the way she did yesterday, believing it could've been the end of the game, and her last chance.
When we got to today, I realized we'd have a relative final stand. The truth was, the mafia couldn't stall another day. If they did, and did not vote off a power ranger, then there'd be no course of victorious action. Since I knew Mop it up was close to knowing who the rangers were, early in the day, I contacted Toruresu, and later vudu and Dasmos, to let them know of their situation, numbers-wise. The plan was basically we'd be pretty close to dead-lock in the votes, depending on how Mop it up voted, but if I knew who Rita was, I could at least get the Power Rangers to manipulate their votes to confuse Mop it up.
Instead, vudu acted too late in the day, and so the other two Power Rangers acted in solidarity, voting for Dasmos. Mop it up saw this, and figured out that it was ThePerm, not Dasmos, the last ranger she had left to investigate (She found Sessha today, actually,) and thus, after some thinking, she came to her list, and we all lost.
Doesn't bother me, though. It was a good game, but one that took a long time. At the end, I'm almost glad Mop it up won, because it meant Pale lost, and I think any game Pale loses is a game won for us all.
