The upgraded Skies of Arcadia for GameCube is being made by Point of View Software...right?  WRONG.Sega of America has confirmed for PGC that the upcoming Skies of Arcadia Legend for GameCube is in fact being developed by Overworks, the Sega developer who created the original Dreamcast game.  Point of View Software in California was originally announced as the game's developer, but we now know that they were only porting the PS2 version, which has since been canceled.
