BRAWL!!!!!

**** man I'm done....like seriously. Anyone without Brawl listed, go like.....die or something (I'll be in rabid Smash fanboy mode for a while so uh...yeah. Honest to goodness non-Smash fans don't get offended.)

I couldn't make legible sentences after the trailer....it was bad. Pit = my new best character. I WILL break Pit or at least get as good with Pit as I currently am with Peach....oh dear bob Peach. She better be there and she better be even more uber because it's Peach.

But uh, other than Brawl there's Brawl and like more Brawl....did I mention Brawl? Again, sorry. Big on Smash and brawl is like...sex on a bun. I will forgive no Brawl in 06 if I get a playable demo with Pit playable so I can start practicing before end of 06.

(Prior to Brawl? Fire Emblem, Galaxy, ExciteTruck (Seriously), Disaster, Wii Orchestra, and WiiSports were my main  OMGWTFDIE titles...Zelda isn't mentioned because that's there by default...much like Brawl but I want Brawl like I want a Hawaiian Punch eternal fountain)

Are you nuts? Fire Emblen on GBA still deserved game of the year the year it was released (And should have been rated T or M....seriously. E my ass) When Fire Emblem was shown to eb coming to Cube I had a compelte spasm, nearly went insane, and highly considered the rape of a small goat in celebration.

For me there is Fire Emblem Wii....and everything else. If something was missing from the conference it WAS MY FREAKING GOLDEN SUN! Where's the love Camelot?! DS or Wii, don't care which one just give it to me!

Whoa whoa, having played Okami? This game does not, under any circumstances, belong on a damn thing with analog stick like...period. You know what stopped Okami from getting that 40/40? That's right, being released on PS2. Would've received the same score on Cube or the Box. Hell, the sole reason I haven't pre-ordered the title, because it's still damn good, is because I'm damn near desperately hoping for an E3 Wii port announcement.

On the subject of Capcom....what the hell is with their lust for supporting a sinking ship? (PSP)

Remember class, Capcom believes poor sales = don't port (P.N.03). Good-great sales = port and make sure everyone knows...sometimes even before the game is out! (Viewtiful Joe, Resident Evil 4).

TalkBack / RE:PGC Announces Its 7th Year Birthday Contest
« on: March 13, 2006, 08:54:39 PM »
So uh...PGC staff. Have you ever considered a contest that involves just a good old fashioned drawing? I mean something everyone can enter and all? I don't mean to come off as a whiner but I don't have a digital camera or the ability to make a movie for the site (Reference to a previous contest). Drawing? Oh man...I can't even do stick figures well (This is not a bluff....). I'm sure I'm not the only longitme reader of this site who would love to have a shot at the prizes but possibly feel a tad alienated with the method of entry (A nod to past contests as well).

Again, I do not mean to come off as whiny, callous, or judgemental. I am simply giving my input on the matter. OH, and best of luck to those who are able to enter

Nintendo Gaming / RE:Market the Revolution: What's the slogan?
« on: December 12, 2005, 07:07:34 PM »
Me and my friends came up with the idea that Nintendo could incorporate the DS into their advertising and also start a contest campaign in the process with the slogan...

Do Something Revolutionary

The contest ideas with such a slogan practically describe themselves.

So uh, this whole jumping in zelda thing...are you all just ignoring Zelda II: The Adventure of Link or does it "not count"? I'm just asking because the ability to jump in that game was as clear as day.

Nintendo Gaming / RE:Size Does Not Equal Power
« on: July 23, 2005, 09:28:52 AM »
I haven't seen a single person comment on this so I thought I would chime in with this sense it is kind of related. The form of the size is what this relates to. My little discovery is this...look back at pictures of the Rev (Even ebtter if you have the press conference). What does the rev look like when held? I'll give you a second if it doesn't come right away.....

You've got it! It resembles an SD Memory Card! A giant freaking SD Memory Card. Why is this? Hmm....

KN, quite the contrary. I work at a GameStop...we have at least 5 available.

More on topic: I am angry beyond reason to not see Nanostray (See: Graphics or action game) or Meteos (See: PUZZLE!!!) not take anything at all.

As a GameStop employee myself I must ask that you all simply stop the one sided nature of this conversation. Not all EBs and GameStops are like the ones you go to! It angers me to no end constantly hearing all the moaning and whining and then taking it out on every GameStop and EB in existance. I have news for you people, words and phrases like "most", "almost", and "just about" exist for a reason!

Stop all the grouping and generalizing is all I'm asking really because for the most part I agree with you all but just please recognize 2 things. 1, that there are exceptions, and 2, we are told to make these pitches. (Note: I am not defending the idiots who don't comprehend the word no. When I make my pitch I only keep talking if they're interested, otherwise no means maybe try to make a quick convince but usually just shut up and finish the sale.)

I'm done with my little rant, just please try to understand the other side of the spectrum too, unless you have to regulary deal with idiots who fail to have a grasp on the English language.

Short and sweet response. DS is 802.11b. So all of you wireless router people who want to be ready for when DS goes online sometime next year, you can damn near count on this, or possibly, and boy do I mean possibly, late this year? You want a router that is either 802.11b or g. (Preferrably G since it's fully backwards compatible with b and a if memory serves me correctly)

Just a quick correction chime in. I'm quite positive that it's nYko (My favorite hardware 3rd party...damnit they gave us the Worm Light!) who makes the AirFlo (I own one, friends treated it like crap, need to buy a new one).

Yes but the design let you think otherwise. And that's the beauty part. An actual analog stick made like that could be quite well for a handheld wanting/needing analog control.
