Title: Steep Switch Development Officially "Stopped"

Everyone look shocked.

The dream of Steep on Switch is officially dead.

In response to a fan inquiry, the official Steep Twitter account indicated that development of the Switch version was "stopped".

Assuming the stop is permanent only two games announced during the January 2017 Switch reveal event do not have release dates: Shin Megami Tensei V and Travis Strikes Again.

So ends Third Party support for another Nintendo console (handheld?). It was fun while it lasted.

Well, 3rd party support on Nintendo consoles is always a bit of a slippery slope. It could be all downhill from here with the big Western AAA 3rd party ports.
