actually i think that would be me.. unless im not regular enough for you guys

Thats what you get for being rude and start posting on the Talkback thread before introducing yourself

Actually there is two days between your post and Partybear's. But since it wasn't in here... I sure the heck wasn't going to go looking at everyone's name to find their first post.

My first post was in Talkback, too, as I recall, though I think it was on the same day as my post in this thread.  I suggest we go by profileID, which makes EasyCure the newbier by 19.

Yeah, so I corrected the first post I made.

Every board needs a newb.

But if those IDs can be considered accurate, that would mean almost 6,000 people (and bots) have created an account since I joined. Which I believe was around when the Gamecube launched. Man, has the time flown.

Oh wow, is this thread still going? I remember this thread.

I guess I count as a newbie to most people here. I'm not a WoW player. I was a paladin before paladins were cool. Don't talk to me about online, and don't get me started on games without subtitles. I will hound you.

Does this mean Paladin's back?  Yea!
Why must all things be so bright? Why can things not appear only in hues of brown! I am so serious about this! Dull colors are the future! The next generation! I will never accept a world with such bright colors! It is far too childish! I will rage against your cheery palette with my last breath!

Why my dear Bill, I'm afraid you've quite stumped me. I have been trying for a day to think up words to convey the hatred I feel for online gaming, and yet I keep coming up short.

So, hypothetical question. How would you feel if, say, this one random guy killed all your family and everyone you hold dear and everybody you have ever loved? Would it be slightly more okay if, as in this situation, everybody else was urging him on? Because words are useless and I think a more personal and tangible demonstration might be the only way to adequately express my feelings on the subject.

So Paladin, how would you feel if Samus were only unlockable by playing an online Halo-like first person shooter Metroid minigame in Smash Bros Brawl?

Haha, Icecold you big kidder you.

That would never happen because my sudden hatred would be as a physical wall, crushing anyone at SSBB development who ever considered it, squeezing the life out of them as they lay writhing and gasping desperately and vainly for oxygen and their lungs collapsed and the light slowly went out of their eyes.

- Edited because I just realized we're supposed to be welcoming newbies in this thread.

Bu...But you have to know!  Avatars are an expression of the character of the poster!  If you don't know what your avatar is, then you must not know who YOU are! =(
