Is there some way to control which ads come up?

I'm on here too often while at work, but what I don't understand is why the sexy/slutty True ads come up here at work but not at home.  I'd much rather not have scantily-clad women on my monitor at work if I'm probably pushing the limits of time spent online already.

I'm hesitant to install programs, even certain plug-ins, on any computer that isn't mine.

I guess I just have to deal with that True ad with the scantily-clad football woman, annoying as that is.  Like I said, I get her all the time at work, but never at home.
