Buying Switch OLED from UK

Would there be any problems buying a Switch from the UK and using it in the US. I can't seem to find a definitive answer.

The Switch is region-free, so there wouldn't be any problem with game compatibility, but you'd have to get a U.S. power adapter.

The adapter is multi-voltage, so you just need a simple plug adapter
