Look in the Wi-Fi assist section of the forums. There was a thread where Pro helped Toru get his stuff working. Maybe you could try something similar.

Anyone want to play tonight? I'm off work and feeling up to some play.

Ehh, I guess I could play. I have to work tomorrow but I slept so much this weekend that I can't sleep, plus I didn't really have much to do to expel energy so I played way too much Rune Factory Frontier. Too bad that game isn't online...

Gonna be on tonight around 6pm my time. I made a new friend online last night and he will hopefully be joining us. We got snubbed a lot by idiots and ended up forging out on our own. From people taking personal insult for us healing their buddy to people threatening to kill themselves to spite others it was an odd time. We moved to a new room together and started a los/ian hunt where our third member dropped out because he thought we wouldn't cut the tails. He sucked anyways but we persevered and ended up taking both out with a minute or two to spare.

Felt pretty good. But still no los plates. I really want to get the Rathling Gun+ but with a 5 plate entrance requirement it's gonna be a while since I still need one plate to finish my armor.

You get used to that after a while. Soon your skin on the cheeks gets tougher and it doesn't sting as much.
