During TGS Capcom has officially revealed two characters for the upcoming fighting game, Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All Stars. The two new characters are Frank West, from Capcom's Dead Rising series, and Tekkaman Blade, from the Tatsunoko series that bares its name.

Looks amazing. IMO this totally makes up for the lack of Street Fighter 4 and Resident Evil 5 on Wii. This may just be the most "hardcore" game of the generation.

Definitely looks like one of the top quality games on the Wii. I'm impressed every time I watch it.
My hope is that the Vs. series will continue on Nintendo platforms. As hard as it is to believe that a game that begins with "Tatsunoko" could sell well in NA, I really think this game will, which is awesome.
All of the references to Dead Rising with Frank West are remarkable, I doubt I caught 'em all since I didn't play the game, but I was floored seeing his gameplay!

Here's the references I was able to catch: - Servebot head on opponent; In the game you could grab the heads at the toys, then put them on a zombie to get thee "Outtake" rating in a picture.
- Shopping cart attack: You could use shopping carts to run over zombies.
- Zombies: A rather obvious one. But to me Frank's use of zombies as attacks is reminiscent of Jill's zombie and creature attacks in Marvel vs. Capcom 2.
- Throw attack: Frank could learn this by leveling up.
- Megaman Costume attack: You could earn a Megaman costume with a real buster shot weapon by clearing the zombie genocide achievement.
- Bat attack: Just one of the many weapons you could use in the game.
Indeed, Frank West is the man, the dog, the sh*t :D .

Frank looks so much more entertaining here. It's hard to believe Dead Rising exists.
