Wonder is these will be as easy to mod as the first production run

Taking Shibata away from us like that. How rude. No more karaoke and "Happy gaming!" directs for us then. :(

You heard him, Jon. Time to...

With Rocket League, Xbox and PS4 can play with PC, but not with each other. Switch will be able to play with both Xbox and PC, but not PS4. Also, the powerslide has been in the game since day 1. :)

Thanks to this update my system is so stable that the world around it seems unstable in comparison. We're walking on shaky ground folks!

Podcast Discussion / Re: Episode 439: Grapple Dem Tears
« on: August 12, 2015, 11:01:36 AM »
I lurk this website every single day but I have to come out of the darkness here and wish Dr. Metts the best of luck in his future endeavors. I'm not exactly sure which episode i jumped on board the RFN train, but it must have been around episode 130. It goes without saying that Radio Free Nintendo, and Jonny has been a huge part of my life have made a huge impact on how I perceive games and the gaming industry as a whole.

I really hope this is not the last we've heard from you on this podcast though, so please come back sometime. Greg making a comeback is fantastic news, and makes Jonny's departure less painful. Good luck to the new cast!

If they're not developing new Metroid for the Wii U, then that means they're developing new F-Zero!

John's Super Mario Maker performance was insane. No way I could have made those plays on-stage with the crowd watching.

Props to Nintendo, Kevin, the other hosts and the contestants. What a show!

Haven't touched this game since the NWR Wi-Fi night back in February 2011. I really wanted to join in on all the fun this night but I'm getting an error code when i try to go online (Error: 20101)

The Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection is currently experiencing problems due to a high amount of players, or is temporarily down. Please try again later.

Have a great time guys. :P

The game is now available in the EU eShop as well.

I've never paid much attention to MLS, mainly because I'm Norwegian but as a true football fan(yes, football), I would like to mention the team that is close to my heart, and that is Rosenborg BK. A club that most of you have probably never heard of before. :P: : With 13 consecutive league wins from 1992 to 2004, they were once considered an unstoppable team here in the cold north.

They're group stage plays in the UEFA Champions League from 1995-2008 is also something I will remember for the rest of my life. For a Norwegian club to enter the group stage along with the bigger teams from countries like Italy, Spain and England was unheard of at the time. The atmosphere at a full "Lerkendal Stadion" in mid-November and December with the flood lights on and with -15°C outside with teams like Chelsea, Lyon, Real Madrid, Valencia and Arsenal on the turf was something magical.

But like many other things, it must come to an end. The team has struggled against national competition the past few years. Great players and young talents are now gone to fulfill they're dreams in bigger clubs, and in a city where we once took every league victory as a given, and to join the big guys outside the national border it's a though one to swallow. But as every other supporter, I have faith in the team that I follow, and that we'll once again return the the place where we belong. in the UEFA Champions League.

I've added a few videos that you may want to watch, please excuse me for the Norwegian commentary in one of them.

If I remember correctly, the last FIFA game i played was FIFA World Cup 2002 for the GameCube, good times!

18
I figured I had no choice but to say FIFA, if only for comedic purposes, but new Metroid or Star Fox games would probably outshine my annual addiction.

Well, we've got the World Cup coming up in 2014 so your pick makes sense (in my head). :P For me it would be a new F-Zero or Super Mario Sunshine HD.

*sigh* I'm a dreamer...

General Gaming / Re: What games do you never get tired of?
« on: July 27, 2013, 09:33:37 PM »
Most of the games I can think of are pretty old, such as Super Mario Bros. 3, F-Zero GX and the Amiga version of Pang (called Buster Bros. in the US I believe).

I've been on a road trip for the past 6-7 days. So while I was on the road I decided to go and buy my first ever Animal Crossing game! But now that I'm home and have a stable internet connection I'd like to use the online capabilites of the game more, and that's why I would like to join the Animal Crossing: New Leaf community here @NWR. But even though I'm new to the game, I'll make sure to not dig up your property and destroy your flowers. :)

So for those of you that wants to add me to your 3DS friend list, here is my FC: 4682-8467-2345
I'm pretty sure I've added everyone so far, If I missed you, please PM me!

I just want to say the this has been a very enjoyable game for me so far where I learn new things every day. And since there is something new happening each day as well, It's makes it easy to come back to. (Good thing I bought it on the eShop)

Fruit that I have so far: Apples, Lychees, Mangoes and Durians.
