This is a good episode.

"I hear that the rabbi who praises himself has a congregation of one."

Oy! I will listen to this episode, perhaps? For to cherish others words is a mitzvah!

What do you know...this site's doing podcasts again.  What's next?  Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies! Rivers and seas boiling!  Forty years of darkness! Earthquakes, volcanoes... The dead rising from the grave!  Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together... mass hysteria! :P

Hey I'm sorry about Radio Trivia being totally not every two weeks lately. This time it was crummy Mac software that I don't use. We WILL have an episode this week--it's 80% edited right now.

yay!

awesome. i can't wait to hear it. I'm driving home from college tomorrow and I have one podcast ready, but this makes 2 which is fantastic because I have no clue how bad traffic will be.

I also usually have just 20-30 mins for gaming, here's a few I'd recommend:

Wave Race (Either Blue Storm or N64 Version)
Geometry Wars
Excite Truck
MLB Power Pros
Madden
NHL Hitz (Gamecube)
Mercury Meltdown
Boom Blox
Super Mario Bros

Nice change of pace guys. This episode was all meat, and all good discussion.

TofuFuryDecember 11, 2008

I thought this was a fantastic episode. You guys picked great questions, and I thought the answers were very good.

When I don't have a lot of time to game, I usually turn to my DS. The sleep feature is so convenient for stop and go gaming.

Congratulations to Lindy and his lucky lady!

TheNorthSea, I recently watched that episode of MST3K. awful, awful, film.

GoldenPhoenixDecember 12, 2008

So Lindy, where should we all meet up for the wedding? Norsca or Nordland? They are pretty big areas so you should be specific!

SundoulosDecember 12, 2008

Shyguy beat me to it!  Congrats Lindy, and best wishes to you and your soon-to-be signifcant other.

Thanks guys!  Looks like it's shaping up to be a June wedding.

GP, I'm Tier 3 now...let's make it High Pass!  ;)

D_AverageDecember 13, 2008

Well done Lindy!  Hope the wedding plans go well, it can get pretty crazy.    8)

It'll really start next week.  I've stayed under the radar so far, but next week we go to check out our likely venue, and once that gets nailed down the avalanche of activity will begin.

TofuFuryDecember 13, 2008

Forgot to add congrats to Lindy as well. Stay sane with all the wedding planning, it can get overwhelming at times.

I also wanted to add that I think a Luigi's Mansion sequel would be really awesome. I enjoyed the gamecube game, and would pick up the next installment for sure. Maybe it wasn't picked as a re-release because they have something planned? I doubt it a little, but that would be great.

They could do so much more with the Luigi's Mansion concept than they have so far.  Having a co-op mode would be awesome.

I fell behind in my podcasts again, but I just wanted to bump this topic to say that I really enjoyed Jonny's rant about the definition of hardcore gamer and what it means to him.
