Did you like the third and fourth games? Let your fellow listeners know in TalkBack! Think you've got a better choice? Then send it my way and your request might be on the next episode of Radio Trivia: Podcast Edition!  Heck, throw in a question and specific songs if you want.  Just remember, it has to be a game found on a Nintendo system in North America (unless we say otherwise)!

This episode was edited by Michael "TYP" Cole. Intro music is copyright Jason Ricci & New Blood. All game music is copyright their respective owners.

Yay I made a name drop cameo! :p

Regarding game 3, it is a very infamous game. Most people know it because the Angry Video Game Nerd did a whole video about it trashing it to pieces, so they claim it is bad because of what he said about it. However, many others say that the game is indeed playable IF you know how to play it. It isn't an accesible game, but for some once you get how it works and thus become fun.

Regarding game 4, I too love that game, one of my favorites of the system it appeared on. Though I didn't realize that about it. :p

Anyways, great episode! It was fun hearing Daan and really enjoyed his insight.

You know what I realized listening to the banter about game 1? When you listen to multiple gaming podcasts, the commentary on certain games gets real old, REAL fast.

I can't stand the rants about the baby anymore. I just can't. I skipped forward in this case, and I normally never do that with Radio Trivia. The constant bitching about the dialogue in that game is one of the reasons why I unsubscribed from the Newscast (the constant bitching about EVERYTHING being the other reason).

Not that I'm defending the dialogue: it blows. Badly written and badly acted. We all know it.

I just can't hear about it anymore.

Sorry for upsetting you. At least the show format pretty much precludes a game from being discussed at length again.

i don't know if you're open to suggestions for episode 100 but since you said you guys aren't sure about what to do maybe you could do a semi-reflective ep on remixes/covers of songs from your favorite games that you've played on the show before?

It's okay, TYP. Sorry for being cranky.

Good show as usual.

Another good episode!

I correctly identified game 1 and 3 (Fester's Quest) (lucky guess on #3 based on the franchise).

I never played game 2 (Boktai) or 5 (G & W Gallery).

I did not get game 4, though I owned the game before.

Game 1: Other M

Fantastic game, I just never thought too highly of the music, simply because during the game, there never seems to be enough of it. But the selections used in this episode were great!

Game 4 - Rocket slime

I know some people think highly of this game, but I didn't find it that apealling for some reason. I sold it after spending a few hours with it. That stuff you mentioned about the reformed monsters at the church is veeeery strange indeed.
