Free Memory at Animal Crossing!

Animal Crossing to be first NGC game in North America packed in with memory card.

Discuss it in Talkback!

While sampling Animal Crossing during E3, NOA reps who helped translate Animal Crossing showed the game off and filled us in on what we could expect. Not only has the game been localized for North America with appropriate furniture and holidays, Nintendo plans to include a memory card with the game. This is for players to help take advantage of the option to share their towns with friends. Doing so helps bring new inhabitants to the village, a key component of the game. Presumably the memory card included with the game will be a standard Memory Card 59 and not the soon-to-be-released Memory Card 251. Still, this will be the first GameCube game in North America packed in with a memory card, and that’s definitely a good thing.
