A new model of the media player will replace the old one for the new Game Boy hardware.
The Play-Yan Media Player for the Game Boy Advance has been around in Japan since February, and has had some success there. The device turns the mild-mannered GBA SP into an MP3 and video player, using files stored on SD memory cards, which are inserted into the Play-Yan unit.

Correction: Jim Merrick did specify that buddies could be added online as well, but didn't go into as many specifics.
At the German Games Confrence, French website Puissance-Nintendo tracked down Nintendo of Europe's man in charge of marketing, Jim Merrick. Merrick was asked about how exactly... Read more...

HAL Laboratory and Nintendo have finally released Jump Super Stars in Japan, and to celebrate we are giving away a copy of this

A cable adaptor, an exclusive link cable, and a special wireless adaptor.
Nintendo of Japan has updated their GB Micro page with information about the link cable accessories for the new Game Boy model.
Because of the dramatically smaller size of the Micro, a new port was included on the top of the unit. This means that all previous link cables and charger units from the Game Boy Advance era will not work with the GB Micro without a special adaptor.

Online Zelda multiplayer? YES.
We here at PGC are always giddy when we see fan projects that take old games and turn them into something new. (The now-defunct Chrono Trigger: Resurrection comes to mind.) Additionally, we are somewhat disappointed that Nintendo's lack of commitment to online for the GameCube turned us to the PS2 or Xbox for our online cravings.

Also, I saw an almost naked girl!
Planet GameCube received a review copy of Geist today, and I jumped right into playing it. I must say I'm enjoying it so far.
Anyway, at one point I was possessing a shower head and totally saw a hot naked girl showering, although her naughty bits were tastefully covered by bubbles. After I was finished with her I ended up possessing another different hot girl and was walking around the womens' locker room peeking in various lockers.

If you participate in the test, you'll get a neat little bonus from Nintendo.
Nintendo has been pretty quiet about how their upcoming Nintendo Wi-fi Connection service will work. Aside from reports about a special PC USB adaptor to make the transition to wireless, not much else is known about it. While Nintendo hasn't announced anything new about the service, they are asking for the public's help to make sure it hits the airwaves in tip-top shape.

Look what the stork dropped off: a sequel to Feel the Magic!
Sega and Sonic Team are finally showing off their insane sequel to the similarly crazy (and very successful) DS launch title, Feel the Magic (or Project Rub, for our European readers). The sequel's nonsensical title roughly translates to "Where Do Babies Come From?", but the game looks to be a very direct follow-up to its predecessor.
