The second best Metroid game to release in 2016.

Following a delay of several months, North America will finally get its Zero Suit on tomorrow.

2004's Metroid Zero Mission will release on the North American eShop tomorrow at $7.99. One of the first games to feature Zero Suit Samus, the game is a modern reimagining of the original 1986 Metroid title.

Samus, the game is a good version of the original 1986 Metroid title.

Looks like Greg's prediction came true early.

The best Metroid game ever made.

The wait is over!

Having never played much of or owned this game, I'm inclined to get it.

Somebody had to

God bless it!!! Why did this take so long?? It's the only Metroid game I've never bought or played. I'm snapping tho up immediately, but I'm still bitter at Nintendo for dragging their feet on it so egregiously.

I caved in and started it up on an emulator literally just two days ago and played up through Kraid. Looking forward to having it legit on my Wii U.

The original NES version is unlockable to play which is why I'd imagine NOA waited so long.  So not only is it a remake that's better then the original in every way possible, it even includes the original as well.  There's literally no reason for 99% of people to buy the NES game on the Virtual Console once Zero Mission hits so NOA wanted to squeeze as many sales as possible from potential suckers until literally no one was buying it anymore.

Fantastic game. I'd still rather play on portable hardware - especially once you start speeding through the game and can complete it in one (fairly long) sitting - but it's awesome that this game finally gets re-released. It's a fantastic remake of the original adventure, and was much more enjoyable than Metroid Fusion for me.
