OK, we now have the following: Silver, Blue, Teal, and Pink. I want to know one thing:

WHERE IS THE BLACK DS!!!!

ok, so my wording wasn't the best I've ever had. But how dare you imply that I am racist! and other than going with the previous racist theme, why would I want a white game system? Now that I have color choices, i would much rather go with a black one. Because black electronics just look so much better and are more aesthetically pleasing!

Thanks for the defense. I didn't mean any offense by what I said. I am just sick of the japanese getting like fourty colors to choose from. And we get 4, and only two of them are worthwhile (silver and electric blue). I just want a black DS stateside to match all my other electronics

Pink is very worthwhile.  I totally want the Pearl Pink DS.  Unfortunately, I'll have to settle for my Pink Stylus that should arrive any day now.

But regardless, I did that once before too (here no less). I just didn't realize Jap was still considered offensive. I didn't even mean it like the syaing 'Jap', I was just shortening Japanese. I imagine he was doing the same.

Yeah I have made the same mistake somewhere before as well. As far as I know, Brittish people don't mind being called "Brits," so logic would tell you that "Japs" is the same, though it is not.

I'm not extremely big on the colors, but if I was given the Japanese's selection and didn't have a DS already I would probably not get silver.

If the color is that important to you couldn't you just import a Japanese one?  The DS isn't region specific right?
