No. E3 was the last chance for it to happen, and Nintendo/Square Enix focused on the Switch version which even includes the 16-bit sprite mode from the 3DS version.

TLDW: Nintendo doesn’t drop the price of its games because people will buy them at full price years after release.

Just wait until they start going up in price becuase they will be rare and desirable to collectors!  :-\

Exactly. They stay pretty solid in price until they are discontinued, and at the point of discontinuation there is typically a small window where you can nab things at bargain prices. I bought Metroid Prime Trilogy on Wii with the Steel Book for $20 and look where that one is now.
