I'm still without a Switch but I have been watching Mortal Kombat 11 content recently and I do like the changes that have come to the series since Mortal Kombat 9. For those that may not know MK9 is essentially a reboot/what if on the first 3 games events and just if different things happened in that timeline what would come about from it and where it would go from there. As to MK11 it is going to be interesting what is going to come about with this new timeline and how it is going to tie in with the rest of the series. I've enjoyed the story mode so far. I think I'm 8 or so chapters in (each chapter has you in the role or roles of one or two characters as you play through 3-4 fights). The Krypt where you randomly unlock cosmetics and gear is definitely the low part visually and performance-wise, as it's incredibly ugly to look at. I'm not one to sneer at visuals, but the Krypt just doesn't look great on the Switch... at all. Does anyone here have the Switch version as well? |
