BlackNMild2k1:

probably because nobody likes to use Hulu and suffer through commercials.

I only have Hulu now, because they gave me a full year of it for $12 on cyber Monday last year.
the companionship with D+ may make me contemplate another year, but literally the only things I've watching on Hulu since having it is the most recent season of AoS and the second series of Naruto (my daughter was obsessed, so I started watching it with her - first 5 seasons of series 1 was on Netflix though)

If they come up with a decent bundle deal, I may extend my Hulu subscription, but chances are, as long as they have commercials, and I can find it streaming elsewhere.... I will watch it elsewhere.

ThePerm:

I got that same deal as you did last year. I was paying like $3 extra to not have commercials which made it about the same price as Netflix, but $1 a month is better than what I was paying(like 180 a year?). Most old shows don't have but an introductory commercial though. So no interruptions except between episodes. I really don't watch it though.

Pre-Orders are up for US Viewers

not sure what the benefit of a pre-order is now... unless there are limits on usernames.....
or some sort of bonus coming to the first 1 Million subscribers down the line or something, but there option is there if you wish to exercise it.

edit: apparently signing up now get you into the "Founders Circle" which could be important later. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

nickmitch:

Am I already in the Founders Circle for pre-paying for 3 years of the service?

Had a talk with my family about the Disney+ offer, since I am a rewards member. However, I don't think we're going to bother. None of us really watch television anymore, so Disney+ is just money thrown down the drain.
