I'm joining Steefosaurus' game so long as the CDi Zelda games can be included.

So, as you may have noticed, I have subtly moved the starting date of the game a week. I've done this for a few reasons. One is that I've wanted to send out a follow mass PM to all Mafia players like when I announced my intention to get us to Mafia 75 and give some of those past players a chance to join. Second, I was away on holidays and all I had was my phone and then I got sick on the last half so I've been recovering from that. As such, it slowed down my goal of getting all the information for the game up and ready. (Reminiscing on Metroid and talking about Star Trek Discovery ain't speeding things up either. Darn you, TV!!!) Third, I do want to see about posting up the player number. Would like to see the current number doubled and think we can could do that since some people have signed up in this thread and yet haven't pm'd me so they may not have read the rules. Tsk tsk.

A couple things I just will fill you on. I plan on going with the majority vote rule again. I think it helps give people a bit more chance to play and helps if people are busy or don't have a chance to check in every day.

The roles will be based on items not characters. So, Eye of Truth would be the townie detective, for instance. Thus, if you want to roleplay as a villainous character, feel free since characters won't be tied to mafia roles.

Third, there will be prizes. Yay!

Fourth, I'll start creating the new accounts for this game and getting those ready. Make sure you know your own user password to get back into your account as you will have to switch back and forth in order to play the game. I will be providing you with the name of your new account and the password to access it in a pm. And when you are eliminated, that new account gets banned. How dare you have a dupe account on these forums!

Also, I'll be claiming the role of Link as host. I've decided that will work best for story purposes. That role is off the table. Consult the list for other roleplaying characters that have also been claimed if you haven't submitted in a choice yet.
