Just make a picture, and change the file extension from a .gif or a .jpg, or whatever to .txt. Your browser won't care that the file extension is wrong. |

But how do you change it. I have only limited know how on this stuff, especially when it comes to changing extensions the way you are talking about. I gan change a bmp to a jpg or gif, that's about all. |

go into tools folder options .... view...uncheck hide file extentions...right click on the image and change its extention to txt |
