Seriously, though, I'd say we're in a similar boat here in the US, with folks in New York, Florida and on the west coast...

isn't there a multi-user video chat program out there that's easy to setup and use?
I've seen it but don't remember what it was called. Some people can meet up, start the group chat, and everyone else that couldn't meet up and set up their own webcams and join in.

Google Hangouts are that way be my understanding.

We could do east coast and west coast meet ups in the US and have everyone else video chat in.
Pretty sure Ceric is right about Google Hangouts too.
