What the hell?! Is that for real? What the hell is that thing? It looks like the Aliens from the movie Aliens.

that thing on the tongue looks like it has about 3-4 sets of arms and its got a weird expression on its face.

Oblivion:
I think the parasite eat the tongue of the fish and essentially becomes its tongue but eats all the food that comes its way.

Chozo Ghost:
It looks kinda like a cross between a turtle but with a snake's head and with maybe a crab's body and almost humanlike hands. I don't doubt its legit, but it looks like something someone imagined.
