Unfortunately the free version doesn’t appear to include Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet, the one thing on there I was interested in enough to subscribe for. It’s a comedy set in a game development studio from the makers of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and it’s pretty good. |

I think there could be a place in the market for it if done right. It doesn’t make sense as anyone’s only streaming service, but a service at a lower price point that’s only original content makes sense as an alternative to higher priced ones that further splinter or duplicate the libraries of older content. I at least hope it lasts long enough to actually release the Foundation series. |

It makes since as an add-on, if you're only using one or two streaming services already. But if you're already using any more than that, you're probably just gonna keep the $5, I would think. Unless they put out something that puts up social media numbers, like Netflix does. Not saying it's the end all, be all, but I only watched Tiger King because of all the memes. Bird Box wasn't that good, but I still felt the need to watch it. |
