Too many stickys!

in light of recent shake ups in the forums might i suggest a section dedicated to popular stickys?
I hate going to a section and it just seems like its static. there should be an eb and flow to forums, and having 5 sticky threads at the top of every section hurts that.

There isn't a lot of stickys on all the forums.Only Nintendo Console and General Gaming have 4 or 5 stickys.Nintendo Handheld has 2.Mafia I believe has one. Other than that there isn't many stickys.It's not like a whole page is stickyed.
