I appreciate the call out of these Rab.. I can use all the help in the world. :) Next time just use the report to moderator link though. Then we'll probably get to them even faster. :)

What I was meaning was. How about we hold democratic elections of mods? Think of them as your deputys Pale.

There would be a week of campaigning and then polling day. users would be promoted to mod for 3 months afterwhich fresh elections are held. No user could be your deputy for more than 2 consecutive terms. It's be epic. A revolution in how forums are run.
