Meh...Restaurant.com is a con. Those gift certificates require a minimum purchase for them to qualify. They are basically coupons. The minimum depends on the restaurant. So if the minimum is $35, you can only use it on anything spent after $35 plus it adds 18% gratuity instantly. So if you went out for a meal, you'd get about 15 bucks for 2 dollars. Not bad, but not great. Especially when you consider that most of the restaurants they list are either shitty, closed or extremely expensive. |
