NHL game that includes classic teams?

Does anybody know if NHL 2k3 or NHL 2003 include classic teams, like for instance the Hartford Whalers(who actually turned into the Carolina Hurricanes)? I love how in Madden 2003 I can play as classic teams with their classic uniforms. I was curious if such a feature is included in either of the two big hockey games. Thanks.

i dont know about that, but i have never found a copy of nhl2k3..........NEVER! and i heard it was better then nhl 2003. and i have looked for it in many stores in so cal and az.
