Agreed.  It's getting a little scary, to be honest.  It's as though every little aspect of Twilight Princess needs to be absolutely perfect as to rub it in the faces of Xbox or PlayStation fans.

I can't wait to actually PLAY the game, not sit down with a magnifying glass and critique it's every little flaw.

I wonder if the VC has the potential to revive a series like DVD has with some shows, if enough people buy them.  And yes, excellent list of games for them.  Here's hoping we catch up soon.

Absolutely agree.  It's fine and well that these games be offered with special bonuses and materials (much to the Earthbound mega box of doom), but please keep that stuff as a pre-order bonus or a free pack-in with the first (and second) shipment of games.

he just exposes himself as yet another graphics 'enthusiast' and these other statements of bashing the controls are his sour grapes on the matter.  Who knows what his real beef is with Wii.  My guess is the graphics, but that's really no excuse to try and drum up page hits with hyperbole (allegedly!).

Hopefully like the one in their Japanese accessory list.  Other than that, I'm not positive, sorry.

I would assume because of a DVD's resolution of 480i/p.

Spak's imrpessions were far from negative except for the Wiiboxing (which I wouldn't really call negative, just concerned) yet those posts act like he was bashing Wii!

I agree (there's a bit of a lack of moderation over there, sadly).  I wonder if they'd also bash grandmothers for enjoying Wii Golf more than Zelda...  Though I'm excited for TP as any Zelda fan would be, I honestly can't wait to try Wii Tennis and Golf with my family first.

Edit:  Ha!  You tell them, VG! >:D

Those were great.  The Japanese couple is a very cute sight.

Is that voice actor ("Nice shot!") the same as the one in Super Monkey Ball for Gamecube?

I'm not sure I'd even want to play the old stuff with a Gamecube controller.  To really feel like you're experiencing those golden days all over again is to hold a controller with that shape.

Dorky, yes, but still...  It helps to cement the feeling. >.>

That Wii likely toppled over because of the attached controller cord.  Videos from the FT (by the same guy who made these impressions).

This is just assumpion, but doesn't the cord also provide power to this demo version of the controller so there's no need for batteries?

These kinds of threads are tiring.  They've been done already and again and somewhat yet again.

Blacked out Wii Points?  Not with Nintendo's new Capital Fun cards!  It's in your wallet?! :D

But yeah, it is fun to dream about the promos NOA could do.  It's at least something, considering all the cool goodies the Japanese get.

I agree.  I've fallen in love with the ding sound they're using for the Japanese DS commercials, such as this one.

Those Mii customizations are so very cute.  And the global weather even looks fun to mess around with.

Nice and clean interfaces all around!
