Going to be honest, I'd have never gotten it from the pictures. It was only when reading the descriptions that I finally clued in on this. I originally thought that each row represented a different possible movie. Calling it Sudoku also threw me off because Sudoku generally has to have a solution involving each row, column and then squares. I did then note that there was some possible similarity about each column which was then confirmed by ThePerm's column clues.

It was mainly the clue for Column E which revealed the answer to me especially when then considering Column F and D with it which then allowed me to see how everything else fell into place with the people and clues.

No ideas though with what the theme of each row may be. I'm just not seeing the common threads there.

Don't believe pokepal's lies! I'm currently digging myself out of prison because of him. I told the cop that what I was doing was fine since pokepal declared it Indie-cent-ember but he said that wasn't a thing and it just created a whole big mess. Be warned!

It's that time of year again! When Nintendo starts revealing some of the data they've been secretly compiling about us! Yaaaayyy......


So, what are the statics everyone is getting?

For myself, I'm.....




Some other info:

Total hours played: 402. In 2019, it was 134. Definitely did more Switch time this year although close to half of that time was for one game: XC:DE.

Number of games played: 18. In 2019, it was 15. Not a big jump there.

Most played games by hours: 1. XC:DE, 2. Tetris 99, 3. SNES Online, 4. Yooka-Laylee, 5. Technosphere. That last one surprises me. It was probably getting close to being surpassed by another game I'm playing now, Grim Fandago but it really illustrates to me what a drop-off occurs in the total time spent on a game from 4 - 5.

Last year my top 5 was Super Mario Odyssey, SNES Online, Tetris 99, Super Mario Party, Untitled Goose Game. Actually, I'm surprised Odyssey wasn't number 5 for me this year since I did spend a bit of time in Balloon World still. Just how much time did I spend on that crappy Technosphere?

As for playtime, I've got these twin towers of Jun and July at 108 and 114 respectively when I jumped into and became obessessed with XC:DE. After that, most months are low varying between 37 - 0 hours. Feb and Mar are both 0. The only other spike is November at 51 hours and I'm not sure why. I don't recall doing that much in November but maybe a whole bunch of things added up with out me realizing.

As long as they contact me via the correct carrier pigeon or smoke signals then I can help change their password and get them back as well.

However, I do think the password e-mail reset has been broken for a long time now. I feel this has come up before where people logged on a new account or contacted someone else from the forums to relate the issue of needing a password reset going back maybe 8 years or so.

Hey Khushrenada I found a 102% play through of DKC2 so we can go back and get all the bonus levels and DK coins we missed.   I can share it with you today in the Discord messages later today.

Lets play on Sunday at 5pm MST if that is okay with you?

It's ok but I can only spend about an hour today.

Khushrenada, I am not available this Friday but I could do Wednesday or Thursday evening. Do either of those days work for you?

Holy crap! I was actually going to make a joke this morning about it being Sephiroth when I saw there was an announcement happening. For some reason, my brain instantly pulled up that name when trying to think of any big name characters still not in Smash and I thought about how there were other Nintendo villains that had been added for Ultimate so now it was time for the 3rd party characters to start getting their villains added.

That thinking led me in a direction of wondering about future Smash titles. Since it seems unlikely Nintendo would partner with all these third parties again and Sakurai has pretty much stated it probably can't happen again then perhaps Nintendo would partner with a couple thirds and include a lot more of their characters so that you'd see a bunch of series with the protagonists, antagonists and some side characters to make future editions stand out a bit and give their rosters something to help them standout from other editions in the series.

If only I had taken the time to post that guess. Then I'd have been able to claim I'm a Nintendo Insider and get people paying me for more future leaks and hot news tips. Instead I dismissed it that Nintendo might do that idea in the future so why have another FF7 character now with Sakurai's goal seemingly to make Ultimate crossover with as many series as possible so it wouldn't happen now. And Square was already kind of stingy with the amount of FF music that they allowed with Cloud so why have another FF7 character instead of a different entry like Chrono Trigger or the Mana series. A real lesson for me today. Always be postin'!

I could try to sync up after you two are done this evening. I hit the timeskip in Three Houses so its a good spot to hit pause and focus on other games and people (Khush w/ SNES and Monster Hunter w/ Mop it up).

Wow. You've played a lot of NBA 2K20! But, yes, swapping works. That's what I've been doing with Mr. Bungle. We've done some Pop'N Twinbee and then swap to some Mario Super Picross. Although, I think we could probably get through the first couple worlds of DKC2. I don't think the first would take that long but we'll see what happens Sunday. What time were you available to play?

Play sessions with Mr. Bungle have been about a couple hours so short play times are no problem. They're kind of nice. You want a break after awhile.

Memory tells me Wild Guns is a 2player co-op  light gun type game. I haven't played it before but I remember it from Nintendo Power.    With DKC2 co-op play would be fun.   KSS I have wanted to play for a while but never got around to it.  So it would be fun to play with you as someone who is experienced with it. 

I think DCK2 would be good to start off with on Sunday.   One other thing is I am not sure we are Switch friends yet. My code is SW- 2862-0721-2519 Username is BeautShy.

I thought we were connected via Switch but I'll check tonight.

Fine! Be a squitter! DKC2 it is then. We can play a bit of that and switch to something else like KSS or Wild Guns as well. Just see how it goes.
