When the sales are posted for the PS3 launch, I think I'll use that for a new sig lol. The new playatation will be 4th from last place in Japan, ouch. Nintendo will get a nice little head start until Sony can start to produce an acceptable amount of PS3s. My guess is they won't be able to for awhile, much like the 360.

The price is fine. it is still the cheapest console out there, and it comes with a game. They will run circles around the five hundred and ninty-nine you ess dollars.

I like both the console and game boxart and design. The console's is about how I imagined it (Similar to the DSLite box), but I wasn't expecting that curved white at the top with the Wii text. It looks good though

Isn't ASH the Mistwalker DS game? I almost forgot about that one...  Also, I didn't even know about some of those Wii titles; like Dog Island, Wing Island and Kororinpa.

I've been debating with a few anti-Nintendo folks since before E3 05' at a small msg board... Funny how they suddenly no longer wish to debate lol. Nintendo has already won. With each passing week there is more and more negative news about Sony, and there is no sign of it slowing. Sweet victory

I am amazed at how much Nintendo is dominating Japan right now. Wii has Japan, especially after how Sony screwed up the launch so badly. Anyway Tingle RPG did pretty good, though I was half expecting it to be the next big sleeper hit that sells 1mil+. Heh, guess I was wrong.

I missed out on the FFIII limited edition DS lite ($340-$350 on play-asia and yesasia >< I have my eye on the Pokemon and Winning Eleven DS lites.... of course they'll probably cost the same or even higher for the Pokemon one, even though they only retail in Japan for about $145-$200 ><

btw, thanks for the Rare info. I knew I heard something about staff leaving after the move. That would explain the sudden sucking of Rare's games... well that and the lack of Nintendo.
