That was quick.

Well, as quick as it appears it can be when Nintendo or whoever they hired for the voice overs didn't notice the issues at the time of hiring. To be a bit fair to them, not sure how they could figure that out or if that's a thing they should look deeply for.

Then again, I'm still of the mindset that its really icky to search the name of a not-that-very-public person on the internet. Something that an employer would probably have absolutely no qualms about.

This sounds about what I expected: a fine game, but just that.

Given how the releases for the rest of year are shaping up for me, I hope to pick this up around the winter holidays. Hopefully, perhaps, at a slight discount.

I have other BS games in the coming months that I NEED to know with my own hands.

Maybe by the time I'm done with those, patches and DLC will put MUA3 at a significantly better place than at launch.

Props to small Thailand dev making it to the big time!

I watched some footage way back when Austin Walker of The Video Game website Formerly Known As Waypoint played some of the Steam version of this game. What I saw lines up with this review.

Maybe I will pick this game up someday, but Daemon X Machina gives me a mech lab to tinker with from the start. Mech labs are what I live for in a mech game.

Given how Nintendo is low-key getting in to games-as-a-service/extended support (Primarily Splatoon 2, Smash Ultimate, and Mario Tennis Aces, but games like Breath of the Wild and Xenoblade 2 have seen free updates come), I can only hope this negligence will be remedied (soon) after launch.

The only thing I can think of while Syrenne is talking Mario Kart Tour is, "why do mobile games have such trash game mechanics?"

Japan found something that makes money and thus investors pressure. Other side, making something so simple and flashy to get that neurochem rise with minimal interaction on a smart device.

Not that it super deserves mercy, but I do hope James goes a little easy on Project Nimbus. From my understanding, the game has beginnings as a Kickstarter and Early-Access Steam game by a small team primarily based in Thailand. So... it's probably a passion, amateur project by a bunch of anime fans from a country that doesn't get a lot of games out on the world stage.
