Nintendo Gaming / Mario Kart Finished???

Ok, I'm trying to make sense of this but cant.  I cant post what I saw here so I'll give a link to the news.

Mario Karts and other stuff.

Now when there go down to the six paragraph and read what it says about Mario Kart and that its localisation for the U.S. is done.  What the heck?  Mario Kart is done?  Or am I just stupid and reading something wrong?

Hey, I took the time to scan and upload the preview booklet for Wind Waker that came with the free bonus disk I got yesterday from my local E.B. I scanned the preview from cover to cover.  The quality isnt the best but because they are so big I couldnt make it too good or else it would take forever to download.  I tried having them very high quality on the IGN borad but it was even taking broadband users a long time to load.  Enjoy!
