Already so soon? I guess I need to sign up to give everyone a bandwagon target for day one.

I'm not very familiar with Harvest Moon, having played mainly the N64 game, and sampled a bit of Tree of Tranquility on the Wii. Anyone have a character recommendation, possibly someone crazy...?

277
Thanks for hosting Khushrenada, you did a good job as usual!

So that explains why I never even saw TheFleece in the signup thread! I was very confused about his inclusion.

And I see TVMan couldn't even bother to spell my name right......

That silent 'h' always kills me.
Wait what? This can't be right, can it? Here I thought it was the "k" that was silent! I've been saying "Hushrenada" this whole time!

Three out of four votes was certainly gutsy on our part! I mainly voted for MASB per SteefosauRSS's suggestion, as a means to try to build trust, but when I noticed that he never voted for MASB himself, I took it as a sign we were on shaky terms.

As for the hit for Nickmitch, it was mainly because we wondered if he might be doc.

279
That is indeed funny, hee hee. I guess only one hit was based on an investigation, which makes the one on TheFleece even more surprising. That goofy hit was also the main reason I suspected the killer to be Crimm, though we had a doc to deal with first.

280
Crimm, I'm curious, who were your investigations?

It's funny, but this game kind of shows the value that a day one vote out can bring. If people had only jumped on the Mop it up bandwagon, you lot could have started the game a leg up with one Mafia member already out.

Second, I really enjoying discording with the alliance and some of the coolest people on this site and felt really awful lying to them. I know it's just a game but man it is tough to be so dishonest. I think I like being a townie more.
Yeah, same here, I feel ya. But I s'pose someone's gotta play the part.

Townies should have known about Mop it up. Just look at her title!!
A title you gave me!

281
Question for the Mafia how soon did you know that lolmonade was the doctor and how did you come across that info?
Mainly because it didn't make much sense that the doc would bother saving an inactive townie from the vote, so it looked more like a self-save.

We first thought Nickmitch might be the doc and that was the main reason for our hit there.

Per Emily Rogers, "Licensing costs are likely main culprit behind NSO expansion's bold price. I heard Sega were paid very, very well."
If this is indeed true, it makes me wonder even more why Nintendo chose to offer Genesis games (many which are already widely available) instead of another one of their own systems like Game Boy.

283
Not to discredit us, but I do feel like there was a lot of luck in our win. Just thinking about the number of longshots here is pretty crazy. What are the odds the detective is out day one? 1/18. Odds that the single townie we happened to hit had our crystal? Just 1/7 alone for the crystal, 1/16 we'd land on them. And then at the end, a 50/50 chance the killer doesn't get one of us and ruin everything. I'm probably missing some stuff too.

What a wild game!

Not everyone has the time or desire to creep on people's online status to determine their role in this game.
Ah, so this is why Khushrenada now allows Discord submissions. I guess Mafia teams should start communication outside of NWR and to order their actions.

284
WELP! I think it's safe to say that I'm getting bandwagon'd day one in the next game. I'm toast, nice knowing you folks.

285
Oof, that was bad. Well, so far pokepal148's reckless judgment hasn't worked out, but BeautifulShy makes a good point.

Vote RABicle

286
If they plan to add things like more systems or DLC in the future then I think they should be more forthcoming about their plans. As it sits, it doesn't seem like a good value.

288
This game keeps getting weirder. I'm especially confused why the killer would target the one player who has not shown up once all game.

~ WhhhoooOOOOoooopssss, I meant to say boooOOOOooo, I'm a ghoooOOOooost ~
It's a good thing you came back to add this, otherwise you looked suspicious!

289
I'm not sure if I like the choices in this current round of voting, especially after things have been so quiet. I know yesterday's vote was largely a guess, or then again, maybe not. I think I'll Vote Luigi Dude because I'm not so sure if every voter was innocent.

290
Huh, what a strange outcome. Now I feel like we're all caught in a rug trap.

291
Oof, things are getting a bit messy around here. There isn't much time left so I think I'll join the Vote MASB since I don't have a better guess.

292
The amount of inaction yesterday and carrying into today worries me, I guess I'll also poke around and see what happens.

un-Vote Nickmitch

293
No vote is a real option now, hm? Hmm.

Humor aside, I did buy it a good while back close to its release and played a good deal of it. Was used with one of my last 2-game vouchers NOA greedily removed the ability to buy.
Huh, I'm sorry then, I'm not sure why I thought you didn't. Maybe because I don't think we played the multiplayer, which isn't much different than not getting it!

294
You know, there's also good multiplayer in Luigi's Mansion 3 (and 2), maybe we should play that too!

Vote Stratos because I'm pretty sure he hasn't bought Luigi's Mansion 3 yet.

295
I'm not surprised they went with the expected obvious choice for the finale. It's yet another boring choice for me, but I'm sure there are plenty of happy fans.

I've gotten started on Costume Quest. For some reason I thought it was some kind of beat 'em up, but evidently it's an RPG! It seems like a decent enough game so far, a little exploration, some side stuff to find, though combat is pretty simple. Having action commands like the Mario RPGs is dangerous to have on Xbox, since I have to actively try and remember that the buttons in the prompts are switched around from Nintendo's controllers. There's some decent humorous writing though the tiny, stylized text in speech bubbles can be a bit difficult to read at times. I have a feeling that everything is just in the imaginations of the kids and the "monsters" are actually teenagers! They sure act like them at least.

I do remember liking this game for its charm, but after so many indie games since then, I wonder if its level and puzzle design still holds up.

NWR has been playing Among Us since at least 2006.

299
I've never played any of these games, so this'll be a good deal for me.
