Either going back a day meant he created a new timeline, which if he did he wouldn't have seen himself, or he overlapped with his own timeline and saw himself and that caused two Barry's to be in the episode. The episode jumped between both ideas by re-showing previous things.
Until it is fully explained in upcoming episodes we can not know for sure. But one theory is that the speed force controls time and space...and that force is what keeps balance of time preventing paradoxes.
So the first time Barry noticed himself coming out of the speed force, but that event didn't happen yet, so he was seeing a speed mirage. When the actual event does happen, the past Barry was the mirage.
I didn't like the episode because it didn't truly explain things properly, but it was still fun.

This game was fun.
Though, I should have stuck with my guns and voted out Silenced the last day. However, I trusted that last investigation and Khush's instincts...which were right first, until he second guessed himself.

I think the rules are that time can not allow two people to exist at the same time. So when he went back in time, he replaced the his other self. However, he still retains the information of what happened to lead him to time travel. So time prevents 2 instances of a person existing...that is the "time mirage." But perhaps I am wrong.

Mafia vote out. Then the other Mafia wins automatically...because of the tie rule and they could still do a hit.
Force a Tie Vote...then mafias get to have a hit. Either they kill each other and townies win.
Or one kills the mafia and the other the townie and mafia wins.
I really don't see this as a proper tie.

So there is one real townie left and 2 named townies.
I am A doctor. That is my role. If I was investigated it would pull that up. The other townie knows this...because he is a townie. So you my friend must be the Godfather, and your investigation picked you as "townie" Huh...neat trick investigations are...so by process of elimination the other town....knows 100% you are the Godfather and the mafia.
No tricks to be had. Heck I will even protect Nuclearspeed from the night actions tonight to make sure he lives.

If these investigations are to be credible, then the obvious choice is Ceric, and voting him off is the immediate option.
As per usual everyone blindly follows the Khush wagon and everyone that goes against it is just an idiot. Sue me for having a different opinion. Unlike anyone else in this game, I actually have the audacity to *gasp* think for myself! So excuse me if sudden votes weren't to my liking. I like to analyze, and bandwagoning doesn't help.
Khush's awkward doctor posting definitely didn't help the flow of information. It became more of random bandwagoning. If he didn't have a change of heart, I would have been voted out on random on the second day, no questions asks. Everyone just follows. And no one is better at that than Spak.
You've kept your vote on me for practically this entire game. True, I leaped onto the Stratos wagon, but it was purely the self-interest of survival. My agenda has been purely to look beyond the norm, and in typical NWR fashion, I'm kept out of the loop. Mainly you have just come in, said a quick word or two, and jumped on the incoming vote train.
Last game you went with Khush like a lapdog was the winter mafia, and you turned out to be playing him the entire time. I'll be damned if you get another power play over my head.

Yes, I am good at following. Perhaps that is true to some extent...but I am also good at picking when to trust someone...and how to play. At any rate. We know you are mafia. Your vote clearly indicates that. So what are you hoping to accomplish. Force another tie?

Huh...oh, there can't really be a tie this round. The mafias COULD have 2 hits...but if that is the case, it would be wise...no absolutely necessary to use that vote to eliminate the other mafia member this turn...IF you vote out a townie this turn. Otherwise, the other mafia will just vote you out and win...or you all kill each other and we have no winner.
Or a mafia member gets voted out, and townie is killed. Who do you kill? Probably someone you think is in the know. But who would that be? Supposedly I am just a sheep a follower...I have no real opinion or thought. So I guess that means I should live and you should target someone else.

Well, I see Nintendo trying to make this new Nintendo NX both the console and portable. I think it will be 100% portable system, and will not be advertised as a console, because Nintendo needs more time with the Wii U to try to make some more money.
If the Nintendo NX is announced next year and not released...that means the New Nintendo 3DS would have had over a year possibly close to 2 years on the market, for a mid-generation revision that is pretty good. So I definitely see this replacing the 3DS. Besides the portable systems are always more lucrative because you can buy several for your household.
As I said, I see this system being powered very close to the Wii U. In fact, I could see people just call it a portable Wii U.
Then I see Nintendo managing to create a console streaming system, that will stream games from the NX to the TV. However, I expect it to be more than just a simple streaming device, as it will need to potentially upscale graphics, run some apps locally, and be able to use all of Nintendo's current controllers.
So I am looking at it as a companion piece to the NX potentially priced at $149.99-$200.00
This is just my guess, it is probably way off but I believe in it.

Her power is basically gone now that she used 2 saves. That leaves the question about the mafia and townie. Now this is harder. Perhaps only one of them is accurate...but which one? It would be too evil to try to figure it out. In fact it is so evil, there is no way of knowing for sure.
So I am going to guess that they are all 100% correct, and that is the real twist.

I do not think the NX is the next console.
I believe it is the next portable. I believe the next gimmick will be "force touch" like Apple is doing...but probably with more options to it.
I really want a controller that the buttons could be whatever you need to control or play a game. But you can't do that with the screen in the middle...at least not as easily. So I predict 2 screens. And the touch screen will be used exclusively for button controls and the gimmick will be custom controls for each game.
Then I predict that controller with have a more advanced analog stick (slide stick option) or at least one that is more durable.
Finally, I think this will be a pretty powerful device for a Nintendo handheld, which will rival what the Wii U can do now...maybe be more powerful.
Then Nintendo will create a small Nintendo streaming device that will stream the game from the portable to the TV. Basically reversing the Wii U technology.

This is Nintendo being Nintendo. It is better to protect the experience from immature players than to provide a benefit to the game.
That being said, I don't really care about it that much...after all in a real paintball battle it is pretty hard to communicate unless you are next to each other.
I wish Nintendo would just make it friends based only chat, or figure another means to include...I would even consider additional DLC purchase so parents can say No to it...or buy it.

They dropped both of those story lines, which is silly because they are interesting. Though the Doctor's Wife is probably good enough to just end the concept of the Tardis' personality.

My biggest fear is that this could lead to a woman doctor.
It will eventually. People are always trying to be progressive and push the envelope. They think that gender isn't important for a character so they change the dynamics just because. Sometimes it works. (Elementary is good with a female Watson) But if they would have made Sherlock a female it wouldn't have worked.
